Questions
Does the estimate include hardware?
Only hardware you would have to buy. For Skylight and Hearth that is their own device for every display. For Prime Calendar, Mango Display and DAKboard it is the new displays you add, at the price you enter.
Can I use displays I already own?
With Prime Calendar, Mango Display and DAKboard, yes, as long as the display runs a supported browser or device; check each vendor for its list. Skylight and Hearth need their own device. Displays you already own are never counted as a cost.
Are prices shown per person or per subscription?
Prime Calendar plans are per account and household, not per person. The number of people decides which plan fits: Family covers up to 5 people and Store up to 20. Planner and sync apps are compared per person, with one subscription each. Display products are priced per account or household, as each vendor lists them.
Are taxes included?
No. Competitor prices are listed before tax and Prime Calendar prices exclude VAT. Your final price can differ by country.
How are annual subscriptions calculated?
A yearly plan is charged in full at the start of every year it touches, so a period that is not a whole number of years still pays for each started year. The monthly average shown is for comparison only.
What happens if a provider changes its prices?
The estimate keeps today's listed prices for the whole period, so totals change if prices change. Each result shows the date we checked the prices.
Does the comparison include every available feature?
No. It covers what matters for the need you pick, and only what each vendor's own page lists. Check the vendor's page for everything else.
Why can another product be cheaper than Prime Calendar?
Some options focus on showing a calendar, and others bundle a device. If a calendar on a screen is all you need, a cheaper option may be enough. Compare what you get alongside the price.
