Google Calendar integration

Prime Calendar can connect to your Google Calendar, so your Google events appear alongside your Prime Calendar ones and stay in sync in both directions. Connecting is optional, and you choose which calendars to synchronise.

When you connect, Prime Calendar accesses your Google account's name, email address and profile picture, and the events in the calendars you select: their title, description, location, times, recurrence, reminders, organiser and attendees. We use this only to show and synchronise your events, display your availability, create and update the events you ask for, and send the reminders you set.

We never sell Google user data, never use it for advertising, and never use it to train AI or machine-learning models. You can disconnect at any time in Prime Calendar or in your Google Account permissions.

Prime Calendar's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Prime Calendar (PrimeCal) is developed and operated by Péter Cselőtei.

How seat invites work

  1. You invite someone to your group.
  2. If you tick "Also add them to my account," one seat on your plan is reserved — starting the moment you send the invite.
  3. When they accept, they join your plan; if they decline or you withdraw the invite, the seat is freed again.

Without that checkbox, they just join your group and can stay on Free. A seat unlocks plan features for them; calendar sharing is a separate thing and does not use a seat. Family has 5 seats, Store has 20.
