About Prime Calendar
Prime Calendar is built for people who want their schedule to work for them - not the other way around.
Beginnings and Vision
As an Atlassian consultant, I see every day that the classic calendar/to-do combo simply is not enough for many people. The tasks related to work and private life live in separate systems: corporate calendars, family duties, kids' programs, personal events - everyone has their own setup, yet everything still has to be coordinated. On top of that comes Life with a capital "L": a traffic jam, an overrun meeting, an unexpected event, and suddenly you need to re-plan the day of 3-4 different people, while ideally keeping everyone's work and personal calendars in sync. I use note-taking apps, AI solutions on mobile and desktop, Jira and Trello boards, emails, calendar entries, sticky notes, voice reminders while traveling - at this point the only thing missing is a knot on my finger. There is a huge amount of information and, even though I try to organize it, by the end of the day at least half a wagonload of tasks still feels like half a wagonload of chaos that is very hard to navigate.
I originally built Prime Calendar for myself: to bring everything into a single place. Work and personal calendars, task management, routines, bookings - all in one system. Everything can be automated, tagged, and color-coded. Colors show who needs to do what, without having to dive into the details; a single glance is enough to understand the rhythm of the day. The automations bring the day to life: they trigger the smart home, my phone, my laptop, and in the morning even the coffee machine. Focus mode helps me stay on track; I can see how much time I have for what. The AI integrations pull agents directly into the workflow, and they immediately understand me and the tasks in my context without any extra prompts - the whole system truly understands my life.
And this is only the beginning. Imagine a world where scheduling is unified. When you go to the hairdresser, you instantly see where there is an available slot right now - including travel time. If there is a traffic jam, the system automatically manages cancellations and finds a new appointment both for you and for the service provider. You do not have to keep everything in your head anymore; instead, your calendar adapts to reality and reacts with you as things change.
So the core problem remains the same: a huge amount of isolated information that still has to stay in sync with reality. My answer to this is: One calendar for everyone. One Prime Calendar - so you can finally be in sync with reality.
Mission
Prime Calendar exists to make planning clearer when real life is messy. We build for families, small businesses, and technical teams that need visibility, coordination, and follow-through without adding more friction.
Product philosophy
Most calendar tools stop at events on a grid. Prime Calendar is designed to support the coordination that happens around the event: who needs to know, what happens next, and how the workflow stays in sync when reality changes.
That is why the product brings together shared planning, booking, automation, and Focus mode support in one system. The calendar stays clear enough for everyday use while still supporting more advanced workflows.
For technical teams, Primecal MCP, webhooks, and API documentation keep integrations discoverable instead of hiding them behind separate products.
