Yes. Your percentage discount is portable across User, Family and Store and across monthly and annual billing - it applies to the new plan's list price automatically.

Free stays free for everyone. Founder coupons apply to paid plans only.

We'll remind you and give notice before anything changes. Coupons are withdrawn only going forward, from your next billing period - never retroactively.

No. Feedback is private and stays private. After your feedback milestones we may invite you to review us on G2, Capterra, Trustpilot or Product Hunt, but that is 100% voluntary and never a condition of any discount. The discount also never depends on the feedback being positive.
