Prime Calendar vs Motion and FlowSavvy

Motion and FlowSavvy are built to drop your tasks into free slots automatically. Prime Calendar can find a slot for a task too, but it's a calendar first: shared with family or a team, with Smart Reschedule for the meetings that are allowed to move.

Where Prime Calendar makes more sense

You need the plan to live in a calendar other people see as well. Mark an event as movable and Smart Reschedule shifts it when something lands on top, after showing you the change, with a single Undo. Automation and AI agents are part of the User plan, not an add-on.

Getting started

  1. Connect your Google or Microsoft calendars.
  2. Add your tasks and let Prime Calendar suggest a free slot.
  3. Open the events that can move and tick Allow automatic rescheduling.

Where they are the better pick

Automatic scheduling is their core product. FlowSavvy's free plan already schedules two weeks ahead and supports MCP, and Motion lets you try it before you pay.

Does it schedule my tasks for me?

It finds a free slot when you ask, and it moves events you have marked as movable. It always shows you the change before making it. The documentation covers the settings.

Start on Free. When you need more screens, agents or sync accounts, User is the next step.
